Covered Bridge Park
Three miles north of Cedarburg on Covered Bridge Road, this 12-acre park along Cedar Creek offers spots for fishing and picnicking. It contains picnic tables, grills, parking, and restrooms. The last original covered bridge in Wisconsin is located at the park. Kayak & Canoe launch.
Ehlers Park
Ehlers Park is north of Saukville on Highway W. There is a small wayside park on the Milwaukee River for picnic and fishing. Kayak & canoe launch.

Hawthorne Hills Golf Course / Park
South of Fredonia on Highway I. Hawthorne Hills Golf Course/Park contains an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, picnic areas, fishing and nature trails. Historic Pioneer Village is located on the north edge of the park.
Lion’s Den Nature Preserve Park
Located between Port Washington and Grafton, east of
Mee-Kwon Park / Golf Course
Located at 633 W. Bonniwell Road, Mequon, this park contains an 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, picnic areas, fishing and nature trail, and a winter sports area.
Tendick Nature Park
Three miles north of Saukville on Highway O, Tendick Nature Park provides a parking lot; hiking trails, disc golf, and archery through the 120-acre park. There are also open shelter building, restrooms, and a gazebo.
Virmond Park
Located on Lake Shore Road in Mequon. This 66-acre park on is the bluffs of Lake Michigan. There are picnic areas, grills, (2) open shelter buildings, restrooms, 2 tennis courts, 2 baseball fields, and nature conservancy.
Waubedonia Park
Located on the west edge of Fredonia on Highway H. Along the Milwaukee River, Waubedonla Park has great picnic areas, open air pavilion, grills, fishing, camping, 2 baseball diamonds, 3 tennis courts, restrooms and kayak and canoe launch.

America the Beautiful - National Parks & Federal Recreational Lands Pass
- Senior Pass - Cost $10
- This is a lifetime pass for U.S. citizens or permanent residents age 62 or over.
- Access Pass - Free
- This is a lifetime pass for U.S. citizens or permanent residents with permanent disabilities. Documentation is required to obtain the pass. Acceptable documentation
includes: statement by a licensed physician; document issued by a federal agency such as the Veteran’s Administration, Social Security Disability Income or Supplemental Security Income; or document issued by a state agency such as a vocational rehabilitation agency. - The pass provides access to and use of, federal recreation sites that can charge an entrance or standard amenity. The pass admits the pass holder and passengers in a non-commercial vehicle at per vehicle fee areas, and pass holder and up to 3 adults at per person fee areas (children under 16 are admitted free). The pass can only be obtained in person at the park. The Senior and Access Pass provide a 50% discount on some Expanded amenity fees charged for facilities and services such as camping, swimming, boat launch, and specialized interpretive services. In some cases where expanded amenity fees are charged, only the pass holder will be given the 50% price reduction. The pass is non-transferable and generally does not cover or reduce special recreation permit fees or fees charged by concessionaires.
